Nicole Wallace, PharmD, MBA

Chief Operating Officer

Dr. Nicole Wallace is passionate about patient care, health and wellness. She leads the clinical team, focusing on the expansion of clinical services for ESI Healthcare Business Solutions (ESI) to hospitals, clinics, provider groups, and health care systems ensuring business, operational, and clinical success as the Chief Operating Officer.

Nicole is a licensed pharmacist with extensive clinical and managerial experience. Prior to joining ESI, Nicole established leadership throughout both retail and hospital healthcare environments holding positions such as Director of Operations, Director of Pharmacy, Division Pharmacy Manager, and Pharmacist in Charge. Nicole received her Doctor of Pharmacy from Purdue University and her Executive Master of Science in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington.

During her spare time, Nicole enjoys going to festivals, coaching soccer and being a mom.
