Jay Lopez, MBA

Director of Business Development

Jay Lopez serves as the Director of Business Development for ESI Healthcare Business Solutions (ESI). Jay also served as President and CEO of Estill Medical Technologies, Inc. (exit Dec. 2021), where he managed the expansion of the Thermal Angel Blood and IV Fluid Infusion Warmer product line.

As well, Jay is the Chief Marketing Officer of SunToWater Technologies, LLC, and Co-Founder of World Back to Work. Jay serves as an advisor to R-Water, LeafWorks, tCheck, Biosns, Aquaflow, Pebble and Pegmatis.

Jay serves as a partner at Bonaventure Equity, LLC. Established in 2014, Bonaventure Equity, LLC (“BVE”) is an innovative health sciences venture capital firm investing in cannabinoid and psychedelic medical discoveries inspired by nature, perfected through science.

Building on the success from the first fund, BVE launched its second fund BVE Select Fund II, L.P. and has made 11 investments to date.

Jay earned his Bachelor’s degree from Stanford University and a MBA from Washington University in St. Louis. He is currently a member of Business Executives for National Security (BENS) and American Security Project (ASP).
