Holly Boyter

Senior Director of Payment Solutions

Holly Boyter serves as Senior Director of Payment Solutions for ESI Healthcare Business Solutions (ESI). Her primary role is to manage the Contract Administration Payment Solutions (CAPS) program and contracting support team, which serves as a liaison between the hospital entity and the corresponding medical school facility and/or physician group responsible for the clinical care component. Ms. Boyter manages a wide variety of customized, client-specific contracts, establishes business rules and payment methodologies.

Ms. Boyter joined ESI in 2018 with over ten years of previous experience in TPA operations in eligibility, claims processing, COBRA Administration, HIPAA compliance, and customer service.

In her spare time, Holly enjoys spending time with her family and crafting beautiful quilts.
